Dubai government offers new work system

The Dubai Executive Council has approved a new work system which will be adopted by all departments of the government of Dubai. The part-time work system will be a voluntary choice aimed at meeting the needs and requirements of government departments, investing in national human resources and further improving the skills and productivity of individuals.
Ahmad bin Bayat, Secretary-General of the Dubai Executive Council, said the system is part of plans by the government of Dubai to develop work at the government sector in line with directives from the Dubai leadership and the Dubai Strategy 2015.
