I have been in regular contact with Dubai Select throughout the past year, after expressing an interest in Dubai property.
I delayed the commitment for a long time, but on this occasion Dubai Select phoned me a couple of months ago regarding the Point. They were very helpful and provided the right amount of information and reassurance which convinced me that a Studio apartment was the one for me, especially the location. They gave me adequate breathing space to ponder over the proposal, and explained the rules and regulations which were to my satisfaction.
After careful consideration, I decided to go for the Studio Apartment in the Point.
After paying the £3000.00 reservation fee, I was still undecided whether I should go for a 1 bedroom apartment, Dubai Select were on hand to accommodate my changing preferences, however after some deliberation I decided to stick to the original plan.
I have phoned Dubai Select on a number of occasions, including to recommend Friends & Family and the service received has been second to none.
Finally, I received a text from Dubai Select to take advantage of the favourable exchange rates, recommending that I should phone MoneyCorp. I took advantage of this and saved myself a considerable amount of money by fixing a good rate for the duration of the build. Thanks for all your help so far.
